Agricultural development

Reco works directly with many of their farmers. They train them and supply them with seeds and equipment to ensure high quality of the fruits and vegetables. The company owns about 120 acres of farmland. Since 2010 they have contracted about 200 farmers to grow a specific crop for them on this land. The farmers get free access to land, seeds, equipment (tractors etc.), training and they have market security since Reco will buy their crops.
