Recommended Storage Guidelines
Decrease in activity can be prevented by storing the flakes between 5-10oC. If an opened and in original packaging, the flakes are stable for 12 months.

Handling Precautions
This is a papain enzyme that should be handled with Protective clothing (level 3). Caution has to be observed as it has a sensitising and irritating effect when in contact with the skin. Avoid inhalation. In case of contact with eyes and skin, wash with plenty of water. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Also refer to our MSDS for more details
