Recommended Storage Guidelines
Decrease in activity can be prevented by storing the powder between 5-10^oC. If an opened and in original packaging, the powder is stable for 12 months.

Handling Precautions
This is a papain enzyme that should be handled with Protective clothing (level 3). Caution has to be observed as it has a sensitising and irritating effect when in contact with the skin. Avoid inhalation of powder. In case of contact with eyes and skin, wash with plenty of water. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Also refer to our MSDS for more details
